The OJ Simpson Case---The Limousine Company Cover-up---Part 3

"Q WHEN DID YOU FIRST RECEIVE NOTIFICATION THAT YOU
WERE GOING TO HAVE A PICK UP AT O.J. SIMPSON'S HOUSE?
A IT HAD TO HAVE BEEN SOMETIME IN THE MORNING, 10:00, 11:00, 11:00.
Q WHERE DID YOU RECEIVE THAT NOTIFICATION?
A FROM MY BOSS. HE LIVES ACROSS THE STREET.
Q DID HE JUST WALK OVER, OR DID HE CALL YOU?
A I CAN'T REMEMBER IF HE CAME OVER OR CALLED.
Q AND WHAT DID HE TELL YOU?
A HE TOLD ME I HAD A PICK UP AT 7:00 O'CLOCK EARLIER IN THE NIGHT
AT LAX, PICKING UP A COUPLE CLIENTS AND TAKING THEM TO
BEVERLY HILLS. AND THEN HE TOLD ME I HAD A PICK UP AT 10:45 AT
MR. SIMPSON'S HOUSE
Q WHERE DID YOU START FOR YOUR 7:00 O'CLOCK PICK UP AT LAX?
A WHERE DID I START?
Q WHERE DID YOU LEAVE FROM?
A FROM HIS HOUSE IN TORRANCE.2
Q SO HE HAS HIS CARS AT HIS HOUSE?
A YES.
Q AND WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLE WERE YOU DRIVING?
A A LINCOLN TOWN CAR.
Q WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THAT CAR?
A IT IS A STRETCH. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE LENGTH OF IT IS.
Q DO YOU KNOW IF STRETCHES COME IN DIFFERENT LENGTHS?
A YES, THEY DO.
Q YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE LENGTH THIS CAR WAS?
A NO.
Q WHAT TIME DID YOU LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT FOR THAT PICK UP?
A TO THE AIRPORT?
Q YES.
A 6:00 -- WE GOT A PHONE CALL WHICH WE FOUND OUT THE PLANE
WAS COMING IN EARLY. THE PICK UP WAS AT
7:00 O'CLOCK, AND WE FOUND OUT THEY WERE COMING IN AT 6:30.
SO I LEFT ABOUT 6:00 O'CLOCK.
Q WHAT AIRLINES DID YOU GO TO, FOR THE PICK UP?
A IT WAS BRITISH AIRWAYS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
Q OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT? YOU ARE NOT SURE?
A I AM NOT POSITIVE.
Q WHAT WAS THE FLIGHT NUMBER?
A I DON'T REMEMBER THIS STUFF.
Q WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THE PARTIES YOU WERE PICKING UP?
Q WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THE PARTIES YOU WERE PICKING UP?
A IT WAS BILL TAYLOR AND ANOTHER PERSON.
Q WHAT WAS THE OTHER PERSON'S NAME?
A KEITH SOMETHING.
Q YOU DON'T REMEMBER THE LAST NAME OF KEITH?
A NO. HE WASN'T IMPORTANT. HE WAS JUST WITH BILL TAYLOR
Q WHAT TIME -- DID YOU PICK UP THEIR LUGGAGE AT THE AIRPORT?
A NO, THEY JUST CARRIED IT UP. IT WAS A SHORT --
Q THEY HAD CARRY ON?
A YES.
Q HOW MANY BAGS DID EACH OF THEM HAVE?
A BILL TAYLOR HAD TWO, AND THE OTHER GUY HAD ONE.

A I WAS AT THE GATE.
Q AT THE GATE. DID YOU HAVE A SIGN UP FOR THEIR NAMES?
A YES, I DID.
Q AND THE PEOPLE CAME UP TO YOU?
A YES.
Q SO YOU SAW THEM CARRYING BAGS?
A YES.
Q WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE BAGS THEY WERE CARRYING?
MS. CLARK: OBJECTION. ASKED AND ANSWERED.
THE COURT: SUSTAINED.
BY MR. SHAPIRO:
Q THEY CARRIED THEIR OWN BAGS TO YOUR LIMOUSINE?
A I WASN'T DRIVING THE LIMOUSINE AT THAT TIME.
Q WHO WAS DRIVING THE LIMOUSINE?
A I WAS IN A -- I HAD TO MAKE A SWITCH. I WAS IN A TOWN
CAR, JUST A REGULAR TOWN CAR.
Q WHAT KIND OF CAR WERE YOU DRIVING?
A LINCOLN TOWN CAR.
Q WHAT COLOR
A WHITE."
Allan Park made his first pick-up in a Lincoln Town car at 6:30 PM the evening of June 12th, 1994. Rocky Bateman kept Dale St. John's Limousine in his possession quite a bit. SO, When did Rocky Bateman bring THE LIMOUSINE back to Dale St. John's house on June 12th, 1994? I know for a fact that Rocky had St. John's Limousine in his possession in the early afternoon of June 12th, 1994. Also notice that when Robert Shapiro asks Allan Park:
"Q WHO WAS DRIVING THE LIMOUSINE?
A I WAS IN A -- I HAD TO MAKE A SWITCH. I WAS IN A TOWN CAR,
JUST A REGULAR TOWN CAR."
Park doesn't answer the question "WHO WAS DRIVING THE LIMOUSINE?" A STUMBLE? OR?
Here is Daniel Petrocelli Questioning Allan Park in The OJ Simpson Case Civil Trial on November 20th, 1996:
"Q. Morning, Mr. Park.
A. Morning.
Q. In June of 1994, where were you employed?
A. For Town and Country Limousine.
Q. What were you doing?
A. Driving limousines, chauffer.
Q. Who was your boss?
A. Dale St. John.
Q. Let's go to June 12, 1994, okay?
You were working for Town and Country?
A. Yes, sir.
Q. Okay.
And did you get an assignment that day?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you remember what day of the week it was?
A. I think it was the day before, Saturday.
Q. And the assignment for -- Was for which day?
A. For Sunday.
Q. And who gave you the assignment?
A. Dale St. John.
Q. What was the assignment?
A. The assignment was to pick up Mr. Simpson from 360 Rockingham."
So in this testimony, Allan Park says he "THINKS" he got the assignment from Dale St. John on Saurday night, June 11th, 1994, to drive OJ Simpson to LAX the night of June, 12th, 1994,
BUT,
In The OJ Simpson Case Preliminary hearing, Allan Park testifies it was Sunday morning June 12th, 1994, that he got the assingment from St. John to take OJ Simpson to LAX that night, June 12th, 1994.
Allan Park has a remembering problem.................................OR DOES HE?
In Part 4 of The OJ Simpson Case---The Limousine Company Cover-up, I will be bringing out some information that I have NEVER talked about before regarding The Limousine Company Cover-up in The OJ Simpson Case and Saga.
